CEO & Founder
Patricia Moran, Ph.D.
Patricia Moran has worked in the field of workforce development for over 40 years. The majority of her career has been in the private sector, working as the Director of Training for the Ford Motor Company at its Edison Assembly Plant. In that position, she managed the training for more than 1,600 employees on two shifts.
In 2004, Ford closed its doors and Patricia transitioned to the position of Director of The Institute of Management and Technical Development at Middlesex County College. In this role, she provided training and management development for many companies and private organizations. In March, 2005, Patricia was featured in New Jersey Monthly as one of five down-sized executives who chose to enter a new industry.
In April, 2013, Patricia transitioned into the role of Director, Workforce Grant and Program Management with the New Jersey Department of Labor. Her creativity was quickly recognized and rewarded when she was promoted to the Assistant Commissioner of Workforce Development. In this role, she managed and directed the activity in the various workforce development grants including Customized Training, Youth Programs, Special Initiative grants, and Workfirst New Jersey.
In July of 2018, Patricia transitioned to NJMEP where she served as The Director of Apprenticeship.
During that same year, she opened her consulting business, Castle Grace Services, LLC.
In addition to Castle Grace Services, LLC, Patricia serves as an adjunct faculty member at several county colleges and at William Paterson University.
Director, Business Development
Robert J. Lipka
Bob has over forty years of experience working in corporate and academic communities guiding and managing the marketing, development, and delivery of training and consulting services to foster business growth, reduce costs, and increase both productivity and innovation.
Prior to joining Castle Grace Services, he worked for the New Jersey Manufacturing Extension Program (NJMEP) organizing and implementing Apprenticeship Programs, for the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) developing and implementing technology-focused programs for the construction, utility, and manufacturing sectors and for ten years at the County College of Morris (CCM) directing an award-winning group, that provided workforce development solutions to Morris County area business organizations. He has also held varied positions in IT, sales, marketing, and management in the corporate arena for companies such as IBM, Sybase, CIBER, BASF, and Tenneco. His responsibility focus for these organizations was centered on the development and implementation of business, training and consulting services to address wide-ranging challenges impacting growth and competitiveness.
In his current role as Director of Business Development for Castle Grace Services, LLC, Bob oversees the development of new client business opportunities and project implementations for our client organizations. Current projects include a large-scale training diversity initiative, youth apprenticeship program development, and the implementation of workforce training programs for the manufacturing and pharmaceutical industry sectors.
Bob is a graduate of the New Jersey Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering. He is a past Board Member of the Morris County Chamber’s Economic Development Corporation which focuses on business attraction and retention to support the growth of the county’s business community. He is also an alumnus of the Morris Chamber’s Leadership Morris program.
Administrative Manager
Mackenzie Moran, MPA
Mackenzie Moran has worked in the field of workforce development and job placement for ten years with most of her time being spent in the nonprofit/education sector.
Mackenzie started her career working at Easter Seals, and then moved on to Goodwill Industries of New Jersey and Essex County College. At these organizations, she worked with vulnerable populations and created strong employer partners.
Additionally, she worked at Rutgers University managing and developing the healthcare Registered Apprenticeship programs, as well as other healthcare-related programs within the Talent Development Center and Talent Network.
In 2018, Mackenzie joined Lincoln Tech of South Plainfield, as the Director of Career Services. Her job involved placing graduates into career positions and developing essential employer partnerships. Her success at the South Plainfield campus is easily seen through her outstanding job placement rate and active employer engagement.
Mackenzie recently received the Russ Berrie award for outstanding service to the community and is a recipient of the Girl Scout Gold award.
Mackenzie has her master’s in Public Administration from Walden University and her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Widener University.
